Yes — Go Together Luxe is fully ABTA bonded and ATOL protected. This means that your money is financially protected in the unlikely event that our business ceases to trade. For package holidays that include flights, your booking is covered under the ATOL scheme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. You will receive an ATOL certificate at the time of booking confirming your protection. Simply put: your money is safe with us.

We offer flexible instalment plans across most of our holidays. After paying a small deposit to secure your place, the remaining balance is split into manageable monthly payments leading up to your departure date. The exact schedule is agreed with your GTL planner at the point of booking and is tailored to your specific trip and timeline. There are no hidden fees or interest charges — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Our group trips work best with a minimum of 6 travellers, though we regularly facilitate trips for parties as large as 30+. For tailored bespoke trips we can work with groups from 2 upwards. If you're a solo traveller interested in joining an existing group departure, do get in touch — we may be able to match you with a compatible group heading to your desired destination.

Every GTL package is bespoke, but most holidays include: return flights from a UK departure airport, hand-selected hotel accommodation, airport-to-hotel transfers, curated experiences and excursions, and a dedicated GTL group co-ordinator. Optional extras can include dining packages, spa bookings, private events and more. Your GTL planner will outline exactly what's included in your specific package at the proposal stage.

A Destination Owambe is a celebration — typically a birthday, anniversary or wedding — taken abroad. Rather than a party at home, you and your guests fly to an extraordinary destination for an experience nobody will forget. GTL specialises in these events: we handle the venue, the itinerary, the accommodation for all guests, the transfers, the styling touches — everything. Think Dubai rooftop birthday dinners, Santorini sunset celebrations, or a Bali villa weekend with your closest crew.

We recommend enquiring as early as possible — ideally 6 to 12 months in advance for large groups or popular destinations. This gives us time to negotiate the best group rates and secure your preferred hotels and flights. That said, we do facilitate shorter-notice trips when availability allows. Don't hesitate to reach out regardless of how soon you're hoping to travel — we'll always tell you honestly what's achievable.

Absolutely. Our Tailored Group Trips service is built entirely around your vision. You tell us the destination, the vibe, the kind of experiences you want, any dietary or accessibility needs, your budget range — and we build something completely bespoke. From the hotel room categories to the restaurant reservations to the excursion mix, it's entirely designed around you and your group. No templates, no compromises.

Your booking is protected under the ABTA and ATOL schemes (where applicable), which means you are entitled to a full refund or alternative arrangements in the event of cancellation due to circumstances on GTL's part. In the event of force majeure — such as natural disasters, airline cancellations or government travel restrictions — we will work proactively to rebook, refund or reroute your trip. We also strongly advise all clients to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, and we can recommend providers if needed.

Yes. From the moment your booking is confirmed, you'll be assigned a dedicated GTL planner who manages your trip from start to finish. They'll be your main point of contact for any questions, changes or updates leading up to departure. During your trip, we also provide 24/7 emergency support, so you're never without assistance — wherever in the world you are.

Yes — we make it our business to know every member of your group's needs before you travel. Whether it's vegan, halal, gluten-free, or allergen-specific dietary requirements, or mobility considerations, accessibility-friendly hotels and transport — we note every detail and confirm with all suppliers in advance. No member of your group should feel like an afterthought. Please share all requirements on your enquiry form and your planner will confirm how each is accommodated.
